We can start with doing our household chores, but the best way to lose those fats is to do some exercises.  There are some basic exercises we can do that usually focuses on the firming of one part in the body. However if our primary goal is to lose weight and how to burn fat is the main issue, cardiovascular exercises are the best solution. When we are still starting, we must take it easy. Let us remember that there is still time and we must be patient. Over enthusiasm about exercising could lead us to overdo it. This can cause more harm than good.
